We recently welcomed guests from Australia. When a staff member offered to take a photo of the two of them, they asked, “Is it okay if we hold the craft beer sold here in the photo?”

When we asked why, they said the character illustrated on the beer’s packaging “looks like us.”
Their unexpected answer made our staff burst into laughter.

Recently, we welcomed a guest from Spain. Initially, the conversation took place in English, but when a staff member who speaks Spanish assisted, the guest enjoyed communicating in their native language. Since it is spring, we guided them to a famous cherry blossom viewing spot.

Our facility welcomes guests from all over the world, speaking various languages. While there are moments when communication is challenging due to language barriers, when we are able to understand each other, it creates a wonderful sense of connection.
